Overview
This unique "zero defect" lot is the result of Coava’s long standing relationship with the Kochere Cooperative. After being processed, the green coffee is sorted an additional two times more than other lots, and sorters are paid three times the average wage. It’s a particularly delicate, elegant cup, replete with bright fruit, juicy sweetness, and lush floral aromatics. We tasted honeydew, jasmine, mandarin, black tea, a sparkling stone fruit acidity, and a silky, tea-like body.
All coffees are roasted to order and shipped direct from Coava.
Fellow's Unique Selection Process
Every coffee we share has been tasted and recommended by our expert Tasting Panel who have years of experience in specialty coffee. We cast a wide net, trying hundreds of coffees, keeping an open mind to new regions, processes, and roasters, and going through many rounds of cupping. If there was an easier way of choosing each coffee, we wouldn’t want to do it.
